I noticed that 3 lug nut caps had fallen off two separate tires. I expressed that to a service guy (I think his name is Vince). He said that the men who perform the services place the lug nuts in a certain location and that there is no way the lug nuts can be misplaced. I volunteered to show him what I was talking about but he refused to look. He said that he wasn’t trying to argue with me. Frustrated beyond. My car has a brake hose recall. Made an appointment dropped my car Tuesday morning and was told there’s a 48 turn around for the repairs (which I had not been told previously). It’s Thursday 2:15 pm and I call for the status and was told my car was next in line to be worked on!!! So it hasn’t even been started for two days!!
