My experience with the scheduling department was not good. The lady with the reddish hair with glasses tried to tell me I had to see the nurse practitioner on my next visit. I told I wanted a day where I could see my doctor. She then proceeded with attitude telling me I would not always be able to see my doctor that I would have to see who was available. We are already going thru a lot and don't need that kind of person to deal with and stressing me out. Dr. Espinosa and staff are always kind and caring.
