Very capable and has always made excellent decisions on any medical problems, or questions, I presented. He is also a very down to earth doctor that doesn't talk down to his patients.

Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Good, but odd I had a female as my primary gyno at the Green Valley practice. However, during my pregnancies you have to rotate through all the doctors. You also don't have a choice who delivers your baby unless it's scheduled. . I happen to get Dr. Ross a lot during the rotations and he delivered my first daughter.. He is a goofy fellow, but seems to know his stuff. Apparently he is well known in this field.
