I've been coming here for years great doctor
I’ve been going to see Dr. Santiago for approximately 6 years. Every year it gets worst no one never answers the phone or even returns phones calls! Customer Service etiquette Is terrible… At this point i think the office needs to closed!! I’ve been trying to make an appointment for 3 months and I’ve been unsuccessful in every attempt. The receptionist at this office is extremely rude and disrespectful. Upon calling this office, Receptionist did not have time to answer any of my questions and hung up on me. I could not believe this was a doctors office with the treatment I received from the Front Desk attendant. Having someone so rude be in charge of the front office is hurting the establishment and unfortunately makes people not want to receive care from this physician.
