Dr. Weston is terrible unresponsive to me as a patient. It took me 2 months to get a call for follow up to a SURGICAL procedure. His staff will call you back , but that usually takes 2 days after leaving a voicemail. When I complained to the nurse, she responded with excuses and a bad attitude. I will find another Doctor for my future needs.
Do not go here. The staff is impossible to get ahold of; they do not call you back for any reason whatsoever. The only way to get in touch with the doctor was through telehealth appointments. When he called me, he immediately requested a diagnostic test; one that my 2 other GI doctors I have seen since then did not think was necessary. They gave me a “positive result” on the test before it was even finished. Then the antibiotics for the “condition” would have cost me $1900 because they insisted only the name brand would work... read more
He is an amazing Doctor! My husband and I both have seen him and he’s phenomenal! He saved my life many times in the 7 years we’ve been seeing him! Not another Doctor as knowledgeable as him!
I have had Barrett's Esophagus for approximately ten years or so. I have had been treated for acid reflux at DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, Barnes Washington University Hospital in Hospital in West County, and Mercy Hospital in Creve Court,Mo. I have been treated by no less than FIVE Gastroenterologists with medications. I have had at least TWELVE endoscopies where my esophagus was stretched and biopsies taken.
