I first met Dr. Cook in the ER after being admitted for a collapsed lung. Shortly after my first surgery in the ER, he met with me and talked about the next surgery to reduce this from happening again. Every interaction he had with myself and my daughter was informative, respectful and professional. He was always on time for check ins, surgeries etc. I never waited.
