I’ve been his patient for years. Have recommended him and those people were happy with him as a doctor. There’s nothing fancy about the office or Dr. Block but he always takes his time and listens carefully to me.
He solved my problem with one visit. Results count. Hawaiian shirts don't.
I laugh at the negative reviews on Dr. Block’s attire. He has been wearing Hawaiian shirts for years. The fact is he is an amazing Doctor. He is just unconventional. He got my seizures under control when others(Mayo Clinic) couldn’t. I have been seeing him for almost 25 years. He handled my Dad’s Parkinson’s in the last 10 years of his life. He changed his quality of life. You can go to Mayo Clinic or Barrows. I prefer the personalized approach.
I would NOT go to Dr Block again ever. His waiting area and office is dirty; his computer keyboard was filthy; he dresses inappropriately with dirty tennis shoes, he was unable to diagnose my condition. I was not offered a HIPPA form. He took notes on an elementary school lined paper. Does he know how to use electronic records? I should have trusted my instinct to leave before I ever saw him. Generally unprofessional in every category. I will be following up with another doctor.
Dr Block is very kind and caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
Met him in the ICU at Osborn. Followed up with an appointment following the hospitalization. I booked with him because I was impressed with his straight forward and honest assessment of the issue and genuine care for me. I had my follow up this week and confirmed my original assessment. I would highly recommend him..
