Great care with my mother in 2024. Things seemed to have changed in 2025, not as good. Not sure what internal stuff is going on with this group, but I suggest you get it together people!

Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe dehydration, numbness in left arm. Most people would consider that an emergency situation. Not Augusta ER. Put me in the waiting room behind 20 other people. Can’t even get an IV going? Absolutely terrible. After waiting for 20 minutes I left and came back home to suffer. Guess a 33 year old with heart attack symptoms isn’t that big of a deal. This place is terrible they just pump you up with drugs if your dying give u a wet washrag bath swab your mouth no food or fluids and sit u in silence I wouldn't send my dog here if it was dying
Completely useless, don't waste your time or money here. They insist that you communicate through some online portal, then they don't bother responding. Call, and you get excuses but no action.
I went there with a sore, blistered throat, feeling terrible, off and on fever, headache. The stupid doctor there dismissed and mansplained my symptoms. He was horribly condescending. I actually walked out as he attempted to tell ME that it was my allergies. So I've had the same allergies since I was 7 years old, this IA not allergies. I left there with no care.
