I'm 74 years old. This is definitely NOY my first rodeo. It was my first time to Dr. Simmons for an extraction of a broken off tooth. It was a GREAT experience ! His receptionist, Nicole, and nurse Teresa will wonderful. Both very friendly and caring. I don't think anyone could have been better than Dr. Simmons. I had occasion to call him after hours. Dr Simmons removed a tooth recently.after Novocaine and 15 minutes I shared that the area was not yet fully numb . He injected another shot and without waiting yanked the tooth out. It was horrifically painful and I left traumatized. It took several requests to talk to him and over two weeks later I was able to speak to him. He made no apology and was rude. His office has old carpet, an odor and his equipment old. Asking for music I was five nan antique Walkman without batteries. AWFUL EXPERIENC
