I was told by Gary Core he could treat my TMJ. Over 1 1/2 years later there is no change to anything when it comes to the popping and clicking while I chew. My claim with a new insurance was denied and Dr. CORES office was supposed to appeal it and submit new codes so its covered and 3 months later still has not been done. If its not covered I will have to stop my treatment due to costs and if they cared they would give it every effort to do what's right for the patient. Im highly disappointed

So rude. The assistants do everything (the doctor is barely there so you’re just dealing with the assistants the whole time) and they don’t care about what you say or your symptoms. I went to a different clinic after they basically told me my teeth didn’t hurt (how would they know?) and I’m much happier. This place went downhill fast.

I just called to ask about availability and the lady on the phone was so rude to me for no reason. Right from the start she answered rudely and interrupted me to tell me they don’t offer the service I was requesting and then she hung up on me. She was mean just to be mean because it’s not like we had a disagreement or anything. I’ll never understand people like that.
