Dr Hardy is one of the kindest, most down to earth doctors I have ever had. He is knowledgeable and has impeccable bedside manor. I will continue to see Dr Hardy for as long as I am able.
The girl that answers the phone is very rude. The office itself has not sent required referrals to other specialist I need. They have not followed up or contacted me of the other requirements that their office needs to get done in order for me to be seen by the other specialist. I guess they don't care about their patients literally starving to death.
He really listens to all concerns and takes the time to try and figure out issues.
