We were unsure where to start with searching for a broker. We had a recommendation to speak to Kyle to see what can be done in terms of a mortgage and possible scenarios. Turns out it was a fantastic recommendation as Kyle has been A+ throughout the whole process. Kyle was recommended to me by a friend, and after our experience with him I would consider no other broker. Reaching out to him was simple and he got in contact with us promptly (which his excellent and timely communication proceeded to be a reoccurring factor which was very welcome and surprising in the best way).
