Dr Furman is an exceptional doctor and provides exceptional care and service.
I scheduled an appointment throught he BSW portal with Dr. Furman's practice on a Monday for a Wednesday appointment. The appointment was confirmed by the BSW system. I arrived for my appointment, was greeted by Sarah, ony to be notified 30 minutes after sitting in the waiting area that in fact, Dr. Furman won't see me and isn't taking new patients. I was told that something "fell throught the cracks" and I should have been notified. This was a really shocking and disappointing expereince, poorly handled.
Our family loves Dr Furman. He’s been our primary care doctor for almost twenty years. He is caring and extremely knowledgeable. We recommend Dr Furman to all our friends.
It was my first visit to you Dr. Furman. He examined and addressed my health issues in such a patient manner that I immediately felt I’m in safe hands and lucky to have been here. You’re truly one of the best doctors! No rush and you taking every step to diagnose or evaluate is outstanding. Thank you
