We had a consultation with Allan. Following the consultation we paid Allan in full. Due to lack of debtors we were not able to proceed with the transaction. Allan received $3500.00 from us and an additional $350.00 for the consultation. We never did any work after the consultation and now we can not get a hold of him to get the refund, Allan is not answering his phone, not returning the messages, nor is he replying to emails.
