Very disappointed in the customer service. Specifically working with Devin. I had called the company multiple times and sent multiple emails to Devin asking for follow ups on my project. He would finally respond stating there were problems that I had already resolved and he would had known if he picked up the phone. This all could have been avoided if he just called clients back. Meet with Devin on Nov 22nd to bid a project. Wanted eight days for a response before I sent my contact info over in case they lost it. Still no response after check in on Dec 7th and Dec 18th. How do you pay people to work in this town?
Antonio is a good tech. Really nice. The older guy that comes with him is awesome as well, Jose I think is his name. Real good guys
