Bought a new rv from edmonton and from the start they were not doing any of the warranty issues. Drug it out for a long time. So I called red deer which is the head office. And they basically laughed at me saying take it back to where you bought it. They have ZERO customer support. And steal from the manufacturer. I have proof that they got my chairs under warranty from forest river but I never recieved them. I have proof. They lied to forest river. I suggest anyone who deals with this company. I purchased a 2024 Starcraft trailer from this dealership earlier this year, and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. On our third outing—a 10-day trip to BC—the fridge stopped working on day one, and the bathroom sink faucet started leaking. I had to buy a cooler just to keep our food and drinks from spoiling. Great customer service. I’ve been looking for a slam door latch for almost a month. Spoke to two other RV dealers and they couldn’t find the Part. Spoke with Kelly in the parts department and with in 20 mins we found it. Will definitely be doing my business there from now on!
Stopped in one day, looking to sell our unit. Made a deal to sell our unit to Allan Dale. Get the trailer all cleaned up and hauled in to the dealership, and they offered me 5k less than our agreed upon price. Stuck to my guns and got the full agreed upon price, but really rubbed me the wrong way - wouldn't have gone through the effort for the low ball offer.
