The dealership was amazing to deal with they were accommodating quick to respond to us and willing to work with us to help us find what we were actually looking for. I totally recommend anybody using this dealership for their RV or outdoor needs.
Amazing experience! My wife and I went to search for a “new to us travel trailer” Finance was great to deal with and Rod Easy is the perfect salesman for anyone, especially new campers! After being approved, he took his time to explain everything to my wife and I also made sure our daughter had her questions answered. Pickup was a breeze, he seen me off with the trailer and made it a perfect day. We’ve been through a few different companies, Allen Dale was the only one that made us feel comfortable and like family!
LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! So we pulled the trigger and bought the motorhome this spring. We took delivery in the third week of April and in the third week of June I noticed cracks in the sidewall. My mistake was trusting that the dealership would stand behind their product. They make it quite clear on delivery that there is no warranty beyond delivery. They have a third party do the vehicle inspection on motorhomes. I trusted that is was done well. Personally I don't allow cracks on sidewalls of tires, zero tolerance. Appar... read more
Kirk was absolutely excellent in exploring trailers with us, and teaching us about them as we are first time buyers. Ultimately, we didn't purchase a trailer here because of a very specific trailer floor plan we were looking for. But I would completely recommend Kirk and the team at Allan Dale for anyone looking for an RV. We had a first rate experience.
I typically don’t leave reviews unless they standout from the rest of their peers. We bought our trailer over the phone based on the pictures in the advertisement. The actual trailer wasn’t exactly what was pictured. Feeling frustrated with the situation, David Weiss went above and beyond to make things right. He is very personable and passionate with helping people. I would definitely recommend dealing with David.
