Their service department has always been excellent to us. They are accommodating to time sensitive maintenance. Karen and Kelly provide very clear and accurate information, without making any false promises.
Thanks to the Red Deer team for looking after us in a very professional manner. A special thank to Amanda Henning that provided reliable and efficient support throughout the purchasing and delivery process, by ensuring that all of our questions and requests were addressed.
So we decided to buy a motorhome and to do so we had to trade in two trailers. Pat and Kirk were most helpful in getting everything done. Through very trying family issues and our not even being present, we managed to get everything done. Amanda was great in finance making it all as smooth as possible. The unit was pristine on pick up day which was memorable because of the snow??? We were so pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them for any rv purchases.
