I had an amazing experience with Allan Dale RV. Their customer service was absolutely over the top, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and in a genuinely happy and positive mood. They discovered an issue with the converter only one hour before they closed, and instead of sending us away on our camping trip with a piece of equipment that wasn’t working properly, they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed before we left. We found what we were looking for at Allan Dale Red Deer. Our sales associate Rod was very helpful and answered all of our questions. During the walk through of the purchase he was patient and courteous, now if he can sell our consignment unit for a fair price life will be good! Looking forward to taking our new to us unit across North America.
We purchased our new fifth wheel from here a couple weeks ago. We had some miscommunications at the very start of the process, when we voiced them, we felt heard and they immediately corrected and the service we had moving forward was above and beyond. I was shopping for a motorhome and found a 2017 Forest River at Allandale in Red Deer. I spoke with Rod Very and asked if they would consider taking my older motorhome on trade. He said yes and asked me to send him photos and the details. This was on Saturday, August 15, around 4:00 PM. After reviewing everything, Rod suggested meeting that evening to inspect my motorhome.
