If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Buying an RV from Allan Dale Morinville location was so easy I’m still waiting for the “catch”—turns out there wasn’t one! Laura was amazing from start to finish. She answered every question with patience, even the ones we probably asked twice. I had a very disappointing experience with Allan Dale Trailers. I brought my holiday trailer in for what I was told would be a simple repair covered under warranty. However, the warranty was not honored, and I was charged $182 for the work. The bigger issue came the very next day when my hydraulic jacks stopped working. I had a second mechanic inspect the problem, and he found that the same breaker/fuse that had just been replaced by Allan Dale Trailers was installed incorrectly, which caused the failure.
