Our cargo trailer broke a leaf spring on our visit to Calgary from Medicine Hat and Allan Dale took great care of us and our trailer getting everything fixed and back on the road quickly and safely,
One of the most crooked dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Purchase a Class B Van to find out after fully paid for that Lithium battery needed to be replaced under warranty. Took the van over four months to be ready to then find out the battery would not charge on solar nor on shore power. Then had to claim a second warranty battery at which time their general manager offered to replace the van at full cost. Allan Dale dismissed the employee and now refuses to refund costs incurred.
I was very impressed with Allan Dale from the very first communication with them. Their sales team and leadership are excellent. My sales person was Angelo. His communication was top notch and his work ethic was impressive. He listened to my needs and quickly found exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured in any way and found ways to save me money that I hadn't even thought of.
