Jason, Shawn and Chris went the extra mile to help us find a part for our RV. They were extremely helpful. I can only recommend the parts team at Allan Dale RVs & Trailers.
Our experience with Allen Dale was great. Our Salesperson Rob is Knowledgable about the products and was willing to take the time to speak to us and answer all our questions. Sean (service) is also amazing in helping put the trailer on the truck and showing us all the ins and outs of towing, answering our rocky questions and making us feel at ease since this is our first time. Hal did the orientation of the trailer to show us how to operate and is willing to be available if we have questions.
I bought a used trailer from them this passed weekend. Was an excellent unit. I dealt with Rebecca in sales and Dave the manager. As well as Dawn the finance manager. They were excellent. I was on a weird timeline and when I came in I needed what I needed right away and they made miracles happen for me. Very Friendly Service Staff. Craig and Chris are helpful and easy to get along with. We have been long time customers. No matter how needy we are they are always there for us. We would definitely give them a higher score if we could.
