We went in with one in mind. It was missing a few things to make it tick all our boxes. Stephen had absolutely no problem lining those things up for to make our unit exactly what we need. The service people are awesome. And Dawn tied it all up in a great big bow with all the coverage we needed. Thanks to everyone that helped us.
We spent some time with Steve, sales rep. He was courteous and knowledgeable with the travel trailer we were interested in. Steve was great to indicate trailer specs and options. I would gladly purchase an RV with his assistance. He forward, all product info that I was interested in. Allan Dale RVs good guys!
We bought our trailer with Angelo as our sales rep. We started the process 5 months ago with getting a quote to help with grant funding. We were succcessful with getting the grant and were able to purchase the trailer. Angelo was patient, checked in (without being annoying), and when we were finally ready to purchase the trailer - Angelo was quick and efficient. Personally appreciated his honesty, thoroughness, and professionalism. Thank you Allan Dale.
