Unfortunately we have not had the best experience with Allan Dale. We bought at 2024 Starcraft GSL 264RLS August 31, 2024. We have used the camper 3 times and it is a complete lemon. The bathroom taps wouldn't shut off, the bedroom slide is broken, the auto leveling doesn't level, the Main control panel keeps malfunctioning and the living room slide panel has already come away from the wall. We stopped in here recently to ask for help with our trailer, which is fairly new and still under warranty. The service manager told us he could not help us since we did not buy the trailer from them. Meanwhile, we are 1000's of kilometers away from home, on vacation. Very disappointed to say the least.
Had a great experience buying the trailer from one of techs, he was very knowledgeable of the trailer and made the choice to buy super easy. Everything was great and smooth with the purchase and pick up. During our first trip with the trailer we had a little leak on the gutters but Shawn and Jessie from service stepped up and made everything right and fixed the gutters and then some. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the service side with the rapid response and willingness to drop everything to help me out.
According to my husband, the staff at Allan Dale were very attentive, helpful, accommodating, and friendly. He will be a return customer and thanks the staff for their assistance.
Really dislike dealerships where you have to take a salesman to look at there units.
