Dr Conway is a wonderful doctor but has an incompetent billing department. His team got the wrong insurance pre-authorization for the procedure I received and despite multiple appeals and a year of back and forth between his office and my insurance provider, are now billing me directly. This is a bill I did not expect after explicitly asking his team how pre-authorization worked.
Dr. Conway is patient, well informed on my record. I’m grateful to be his patient.
Excellent and what a gift he has. It’s worth the travel from Santa Rosa without question! We can easily be Dr. Conway’s biggest fans. He has taken the greatest care of Jim both in the office and during multiple hospital visits on surgery day. He’s so patient about patiently answering all questions. Thank you!
