Many thanks to wonderful Rosemary for all of her fantastic help. Rosemary always goes above and beyond and I can't thank her enough. Much appreciated Rosemary. This year alone I have travelled twice from Melbourne to Ballarat just so that Allan Brothers could do my jewellery repairs (ring resizing, claw re-tipping, stone replacement etc). Rosemary is always very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Previously Allan Brothers have also made several beautiful diamond rings and diamond earrings for me to my husbands design.
Rosemary is an absolute treasure, her professionalism and keen eye for detail were exceptional. She was very helpful with my dilemma and helped me all the way through. Definitely will be making this store my go to jewellers.
Allan Bros Jewellers have been incredible to deal with from start to finish. My partner first worked with them to buy my engagement ring, and they were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I am very happy with the service and quality of craftsmanship at Allan Bros jewelers. Rosemary was extremely helpful , and the whole team in the shop front were friendly and warm. They sourced the most beautiful stone for my ring and resulting ring is gorgeous.
I recently had a ring made with the help of Rosemary. I had previously attempted with other jewellers and was met with many road blocks. Rosemary made the whole process easy, simple and smooth. Thank you so much Rosemary for making the ring I’ve dreamt of for years in memory of my late grandparents!
