Extremely disappointed with my experience. I had started my prep 12 hours early, had clear liquids for almost 48 hours, but at my appointment was told because I did not have the Miralax at 0245 that morning, but took it at 7pm the evening before, he would not do the procedure. I think once you clean and ready for the procedure, does it really matter if that is the night before or a hour before the appointment? The office had computer issues and he was running already behind at 0830 in the morning. The staff seemed flustered ... read more
