I booked about three weeks ago and then became worried about the fuel situation given the shortages. The property took the payment as soon as I booked so there wasn’t much room to change plans. There was to options to cancel and request a refund or a free cancellation. I had three other bookings to cancel. The other properties all approved my cancellation for free. We originally booked elsewhere in Lakes Entrance but switched to Allambi Holiday Apartments because it was significantly cheaper and weren’t expecting a lot, how wrong we were! Our two-bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean, well laid out, and had absolutely everything we needed. Comfortable beds. All the thoughtful extras were there too - tea towels, dishwasher supplies, toiletries and more , which made the stay so easy and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.
Very clean & comfortable. Older building but well maintained. Comfortable beds. Wonderful kitchen facilities. Hot water cool: adequate for showers. Will visit again.
