Well I arrive for appointments at least 30mins early, so I checked into the front counter for my podiatrist appointment at 11.20am, yes I was early. The young lady behind the counter said "is it John" and I said yes and went to sit down. Time passed and everyone had been seen by their doctors and it was now 11.50 so I had been there the better part of an hour when I went to the counter and asked how much longer was it going to be. Overall ok but your GP go on holidays without telling you that they will be on holidays. what kinda duty of care this is? Called Friday and no appointments available until Tuesday. Have to explain everything to the new GP before my GP come back from holidays. didnt knew we have shortage of Doctors in Australia?? And the main GP Doc Nicholas Stephens doesn't take any new patients but why?
