we have been using their service for the last 18 years. excellent results, very friendly and reasonable. highly recommended.
It would be very helpful to know that you have to pay right away out of pocket rather then it being taken out of the tax refund. Not being told that when you call and ask about payment and how much it will cost is not helpful at all. Being upfront about everything is the right way to do business rather then just trying to get people in the door to waste their time.
