This isn’t a review of the doctor but rather the admin staff. Waited an hour when called for bloodwork at 8:15. There is just one phlebotomist and they were late by almost an hour and we were told they were running 7 mins late when we came in. Then their system was down hence they couldn’t draw blood. So I had to leave 1 hour later without any blood draws and was late to a work meeting due to this. There was little respect shown for our time wasted
The Allam medical group have been my PCP for the past 7 years. From talking me through basic healthcare up to visiting me in the hospital when I had pneumonia from covid. The Allam doctors and the office staff are 5 star fantastic!!
Really should give zero stars. I sat in an office and watch the reception call this office for my prescription for over 2 hours !! No one at this office expressed concern for needs or any sense of urgency to fix the issue that Dr. Allam caused. Read the reports to know what kind of Prescription you’re sending.
Was referred to the Allam group as I was searching for a new primary physician. Very happy I chose them. I’m comfortable with Dr Bhrat appointments are easy to make and follow up care is excellent. Nothing not to like about them. Update 02/12 I woke up feeling terrible. I called the office and Dr Bhrat had a full schedule that day. They still fit me in for that day.
