Garbage company, Garbage people. Was treated very poorly by this company.
We hired Allaire to do an extensive renovation on our condo: squaring drywall corners and other drywall repairs, paint, new trim, new floors, electrical and plumbing, plus some structural changes to walls and entryways. Every trade involved was professional, on time, courteous, creative, accommodating and did great finished work. The price was reasonable for the quality of work provided. I would recommend Chris and his team at Allaire any day of the week.
To share an objective review, I would say that the plumbing in my unit was faulty and caused a leak. Every plumber who has visited expressed that the angle was poor and there were so many things identified in the inspection that were not properly done initially. In the end, the company brought in companies to repair the walls that were impacted by the flood, called out the other company to fix it themselves and then today 5 months later they have issued me a bill all now totalling over $4000.
