First things first, you have to pay for the inspection cost $165 to get your report. Ok with that, but a bit cheeky. Paid for my report, and got a laundry list of things that could be causing mildew in the property. No attempt was made to isolate the cause. In addition, the photos were inaccessible. Quoted me just under $5,000 for cleaning of a 1 bedroom, 64sqm apartment. That is absolutely insane for a property that had a really mild problem. Absolutely fantastic service! They were able to come out immediately for an inspection, and then remedied the problem in the same visit. Very thorough too. Highly recommend.
