I reserved a U-haul trailer from this business. Got there 2 hours before closing time and it was locked up tight. U-haul made it right by getting me a trailer from a different location. Dude called me an hour later, super unprofessional, didn’t identify himself, made some lame excuse about why he wasn’t there, then hung up on me when I started telling him I was going to have to give him a bad review.
