Messaged to reschedule appointment the week her winter schedule was being released. I was hoping to have an appointment in December and did request a specific date, but was waiting on a reply for her winter schedule. There was very poor communication because I never heard anything back about rescheduling even though preferred communication for setting up an appointment is through text or by phone. Amazing experience! Ashley really took her time and explained everything we were seeing in detail; she made it such a comfortable experience and was so kind throughout. The place is so nice and plenty of room for family to come and watch. Such a priceless and reassuring experience to be able to see our little baby, get pictures, and hear his heartbeat. Worth every penny and more!
