I’m completely agree with other people. Better find someone else
The doctor is amazing very knowledgeable however the woman luba at the front desk is horrible she doesn't know how to speak, very disrespectful. Luba seems like she is mad at the world and hates her job and takes out her anger on everyone. She wants to know what prescription the doctor writes you which she has no right to ask and if you dont tell her she hangs up on you
We have had a 3-year-old experience with this office and finally conclude our communication with them with this current review and filing complaint to NYS Department of Health. It is the worst office possible in NY and probably in the entire USA! They are infamously known for the notoriously rudest frontdesk Lyuba and absolutely clear extortion style of business requiring making appointments for answering any question for the doctor. She listened without interrupting me and Luba was also helpful.
I rarely leave bad reviews. But this place- I have couple of words about them. Incredibly rude front desk with no understanding how to work and communicate with people. I work in medical setting and called regarding mutual patient. I was yelled at asking who the hell am I to call their office. Despicable nasty people.
