Dr Neyshtatd is not the problem at this office, she is a fantastic doctor and an approachable personality. Unfortunately my husband rarely saw her, which is perfectly fine in the event that he would have been matched up with somebody similar to herself. I'm surprised that the people she is surrounded by. Very unprofessional. You will not get help when you need it . It takes them more than a week to look my test. In my case I end up in the emergency room . They gave me a call back in three weeks when I already don’t need help from them and ask me how I am feeling. And for this unscheduled and unsupported question I was billed ((( Do waste your time !!! Do not go there
I tried to call and make an appointment for my grandma who doesn’t speak English not only the person who picked up the phone, was rude and was literally laughing at me but claimed false information how they don’t take MassHealth which is wrong because they do.
