Very unprofessional. You will not get help when you need it . It takes them more than a week to look my test. In my case I end up in the emergency room . They gave me a call back in three weeks when I already don’t need help from them and ask me how I am feeling. And for this unscheduled and unsupported question I was billed ((( Do waste your time !!! Do not go there
I tried to call and make an appointment for my grandma who doesn’t speak English not only the person who picked up the phone, was rude and was literally laughing at me but claimed false information how they don’t take MassHealth which is wrong because they do.
We have been patients of Dr Neyshtadt for 10 years. Dr Neyshtadt and her team are polite, professional and we're always helpful.
Never around
She's just interested how to get easy money. If you get really sick, you will not get any care here, since she doesn't want to spend any extra time for diagnosis and treatments. She is irresponsible as a doctor and doesn't care about you. Unprofessional and rude attitude with patients. Stay away from her. Find a real DOCTOR.
