The staff are nice, however I did not get the necessary treatment either due to the lack of skills or some other issues. I complained about a sensitive tooth many times and for months. Everytime they were selling me something new (e.g. $13 tooth paste which did not work, a "deep clean" that did not work, a filling that did not work). At the end, I had to go with a root canal and I exhausted my annual dental benefit. It was a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it to my friend.
I went to the dentist expecting a cleaning. I had just moved to the area and go to the dentist every 6 months. They tried to sell me on a bunch of veneers and tried to scare me into expensive treatment.
Best place to take your family for all your dental care. Great customer services and great doctors.
