Dixon is the person you can trust. He cares about his customers, and he is truthful. This is very rare in these times. I thought I needed a tire, and he told me "not just yet". Today, I took my car there to see why the battery wasn't getting a connection. He and his brother also discovered missing screws from the suspension job that D&D Tires somehow forgot to screw back on. This could had caused the tire to fly off. Good looking out, Dixon & brother. I was passing thru and ran a flat. The gentleman replaced the tire in no time. Some of the best service, I’ve received anywhere. I ended up have a bald tire and they worked with me on getting it replace as well.
These guys are the ultimate local tire business. They are friendly, professional and thorough. It's clear that they care about their customers. Definitely recommend going to these guys.
Arrived at 3:45pm to have a tire patched. They still aren’t finished at 5:30pm. Too many people available for this to be taking this long and they don’t have that many people waiting. Worst service. Long wait time. People walking back and forth with nothing to do but still takes this long? Don’t come here.
