The company disappeared so fast. Bought All33 chair 2 and half years ago with more than thousand dollars, now it cracked both sides. You can find nothing about the company now.
This is a scam. The chairs fall apart immediately and there is not a refund or return policy.
Nothing like getting a ghosted by a company when they owe you money. 👎👎
I ordered this chair 9 months ago. I have emailed and called their team numerous times.
Before you purchase this chair, try to call this number. It will be busy day or night. They will not respond to ANY emails. Go look at their SHARK tank interview with Bing. IF you do this BEFORE you buy, you will save yourself a lot of money. The mechanics in my chair broke in less then a month. Many emails, not one response.
