After running over something that flattened my tire on a Houston tollway, called BMW Roadside assistance at 550am. Got notice at 6:21am that they had set up All Zone to come tow my car to a service center. The ETA was 7:31am and at 8:10 still no sign our call from them. Told themthen I've been of the road since 5:30 with 2 dogs and that didn't seem to matter. Pitiful service!

Insurance roadside assistance originally called another tow service that failed to come. Insurance then called All Zone instead. By this time, it was late and dealership gates were almost closed. Aware of clock, AZ driver came very fast and towed me there just in time. Professional, respectful driver.

I purchased a tow through my insurance company USAA at a discounted rate. When the 2 tow truck drivers arrived, they tried to rip me off by saying I owed them $50 dollars in overages! I said, huh I already paid for the tow! I then said, can I pay with my credit card? They said, no we can only accept cash for the tow!!! So I called my insurance company and they said, THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE!!! THERE DISPATCH CALLED THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER AND HE SAYS, "USAA IS GOING TO COVER THE OVERAGES!"
