Changing my rating. Its been less than a year and they have tried to raise the rent on me twice. The first time was after only a few months and a raise of mkre than 30%. All this was after I was assured at signing that my rents would not be raised within the first year. Today I woke up to $90 being taken out of my account despite my invoice for today's payment being quoted at $70. Also....rats. sentimental garments have been covered in rat pee and rat poop, boxes chewed through. Avoid at all costs. We'll be leaving BuxBear. ... read more
