My family and I are new to Lincolnton and I am so glad I ended up here!! Paula was just fabulous. Such a great 90 minute pre-natal massage and was just a wealth of knowledge for the area. I can’t wait to continue using the services here!

I’m an avid runner and weight lifter. When I’m getting massage work done, I prefer firm pressure and a sports focus. Jack was PHENOMENAL. It was the most tailored and individualized massage I’ve ever received. He has a background in endurance training and lifting. He was able to understand my needs as an athlete, and he was very present in his work.
