Found them through a local deal site, bought a certificate for a cleaning and inspection. I was scheduled for 3 weeks from the date of my call due to their full schedule. Day of appointment, they never showed up; I left multiple messages trying to contact them that day and for days afterward. I have never written a review before but our experience was so bad this will be our first! They were a "no call, no show" THREE times!! First-made appointment of rTuesday and I called to confirm, gentleman said he had us down for Wednesday which I would have never scheduled as I work Wednesday but no big deal. We are all human and make mistakes. We reschedule. We move furniture, husband ensures he is home etc. and of course, no call, no show AND no return calls!! Wow! How childish and unprofessional? For several years, I have been having issues with a leaky chimney. I called All Year Chimney Sweeps and Repair and they were able to find and fix the water leak in one visit. Several years ago, I decided to convert from wood burning to gas logs. I remove the wood burning insert, and had the gas logs installed and with the first rain, I could tell it was leaking.
