3 stars because I don't know the quality of work. 3 stars because I scheduled an appointment at 8am on their website. Their system sent me reminders of the appointment. I got there at 7:30 but left at 8:15 because no one showed up to open. Not phone calls to apologize or reschedule. I guess they don't want or need the work.
I had a consultation for an appraisal at 9:30 AM but they were closed.
