Great gym with semi-private classes at an affordable price. I’ve seen great progress in my strength in the six months since I’ve joined!
I started this journey with P3 Elite All Women Gym 2 months ago feeling really scared and unsure if I could keep up, but from day one the coaches have been so supportive. They take the time to help you and correct your form, which makes a big difference. I feel comfortable here, which I never felt at other gyms, especially being in my 50s, where I used to feel out of place around younger crowds. I know I still have a long way to go, but after a long search, I finally found a gym where I feel like I belong.
Wonderful community and such a safe and empowering place to work out. Coaches are fantastic and incredibly supportive. Never been to gym like this! Happy to be part of the P3 community!
P3 has a cool setup — you pay a monthly rate (of around $350) to join, and they offer semi private group training sessions Monday - Friday and encourage you to come at least 4 times a week. It’s the full package, they even provide nutrition and meal plan support.
P3 has helped me get re-grounded after nearly 5 years of stagnation. After being so done and disgusted with public gyms and trying to figure out who I am as someone who is no longer an athlete, P3 was the perfect place for me to root myself and grow again.
