When I initially set up with this office i was told there would be no problem requesting only female physicians as there are many apart of the practice Now that im established theyre changing their tune Maria and the other front desk reception HORRIBLE attitudes especially to be dealing with pregnant women They want to force you to see a male doctor and CLAIMING u must meet every doctor so that when its time for delivery they arent strangers! In May of 2022, I had the pleasure of meeting Kimberly Janvier, MD for my PAP & STDs testing. Although it's not the most pleasant act, my time there was well worth it. She was not only patient but kind. Then I got to meet Stephanie. Being wheelchair bond, she gave me hope and inspiration. I entered the facility very nervous, but left feeling like "today is a new day!"
Absolutely Impossible to get ahold of. Doctors and staff are very kind and helpful - - but what use is that if you cant get anyone on the phone to make an appointment. I’ve been going here for 7+ years and was happy but at some point in the last 1-2 years their phone just stopped working. It rings a few times and then a disconnect sound. I’ve called 20+ time at different times trying to get ahold of someone. It’s ridiculous and sad.
I saw Dr. Salas & he was awesome. He seemed interested in everything about me, he wanted to know how could he make me most comfortable at all times. I really like him! Any question my husband & I had he explained thoroughly. This is my second pregnancy, if I ever got pregnant again I would definitely go back to him.
