The nurses and staff were very kind, caring, professional and make you feel very comfortable. That's very important especially for their patients who are at their most vulnerable. I didn't catch the names of both of the nurses the two times I was here( 2017 & 2020 ) but they both wrapped me up in my blanket. They even give you a lollypop before releasing you to go home. The follow up phone calls to make sure you are ok. It's definitely appreciated!
What’s the point of making an appointment and getting there early check in 30min earlier everything. Just to wait to hours. just to wait the same time as a walk in. A lot of unnecessary walking back and forth just for everyone to see you. Get it together for all the people that came to y’all in a very vulnerable time.
