I had to undergo a D&C, and my doctor recommended All Women’s Medical of NY. I can confidently say I am extremely pleased I chose to go there; the staff was exceptionally professional and kind. Their policies, both online and in person, are accurate and transparent. Although I was nervous about the procedure, the doctor held my hand and reassured me that I would be okay. Thank you—giving five stars is not enough; you deserve every star in the sky.
I have come here before and in an uncomfortable situation, the staff made it as comfortable as they possibly could. They were very caring and very knowledgeable explaining every step of the way with what was going on and I would definitely recommend anybody coming to this office if you are in need of the services that they provide.
I don’t want to give this place a low review because I’ve been here before and the service was great. I have no complaints about the office or the providers who helped me last time. This time I had called to place an appointment and needed financial support and they helped connect me to aids. One thing I did notice was one of the woman I was on the phone with seemed to be annoyed with my questions and me not being able to hear her at first. Even though you wait a while it’s a good place the staff made me feel comfortable I was nervous before my procedure and the staff was great! Especially the anesthesiologist would highly recommend this place.
