The ultrasound tech is extremely rude/cold. She WILL ruin your experience seeing your unborn. One of the front desk staff members didn't want to be there either. The doctor herself was fine. New parents beware, this is not a warm environment.
PLEASE READ!! I have been a patient here for a long time with no issues until recently. I found out I was pregnant and made a first OB appointment. Later I decided to switch providers because I wanted to deliver at Norton. When I called to cancel my appointment I told the receptionist I wanted to cancel my appointment. She looked up my account and said “cancel? You are coming in for your first ultrasound?” I said yes I’m calling to cancel the appointment. i have been coming here since i was 17 and dr paul is the bomb.com!! i had an iud inserted and she let me have the option of being sedated and it was the best decision ever. this place is always clean and the nurses and front desk ladies are always kind and helpful. heavily recommend dr paul or any other staff here!
Went in for a routine visit, came out with a bill for over $250 for what my EOB said was a 'surgery'. There was no communication during my exam that this process was going to happen and whether or not I agreed to it. Waited 30-45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time to be seen. The communication from start to finish in regards to my concern about the bill was terrible.
