Very disappointed with my experience today. The nurse that took me back was great but the nurse practitioner Hailey was extremely unhelpful. She came in and did a quick exam. She never asked if I had any questions or other concerns, which I did. She did not advise when the appointment was over to get dressed or advise me where to go for my bloodwork. She literally came in for the 15 second exam and tried to leave the room without addressing anything with me.
Got to my appt 25 mins early and I wasn’t seen until 25 mins after my appt time. I understand because specialty. But no sorry for my wait. I tell my Dr (aprn) about fertility issues/ sensitive info and I was just told to get my tubes flushed and that most providers don’t have children until late in life. (I’m not a physician or health field). And that the nurse in the room with us didn’t have children until 38 &41. As well as her friend who couldn’t get pregnant and now her and her spouse travel, places like Turkey etc. it m... read more

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lisa Crawford and Sara Canchola. They were friendly, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. Dr. Crawford helped me get pregnant, and Sara Canchola took great care of me until 13 weeks. However, my experience with the ultrasound technician was disappointing. During my first scan at 8 weeks, I was very emotional and in tears, but she didn't speak to us, was rude, and didn't let us listen to the baby's heartbeat for even 3 seconds.
