Loved the staff!! They are all super kind and understanding.
they have made me wait for my appointment for more than 45 minutes after my scheduled time more than once. for this appointment i waited in the waiting room for like 20 minutes and then after getting called back was made to wait again for a total of about 50 minutes. i’d rather be rescheduled than wait an hour with no updates, only to leave because i don’t have the time to sit there and wait all day. i will be going elsewhere.
I made a request for an appointment online and it said someone would contact me shortly, but it’s been over a week and no one has called.
On the night my son was born, the physician assigned to deliver him was covering two different hospitals. At the time of delivery, the physician was at the other facility, and my son was delivered without the assistance or support of the physician from this practice who was expected to attend the birth.
We spent three hours in the office for our first visit. Of that time, we spent less 15 minutes with any team member. The break down is as follows: ~3 minutes having an ultrasound (hearing our baby's heartbeat for the first time for a split second before she turned it off, and when we asked if we saw a specific body part the response was a firm, "No." No further explanation.).
