You guys operate like a well oiled machine. All of the staff were very pleasant. Thank you.
Don't go to All Women. Over billed insurance. I paid in full at the office and got a another bill much later. I called billing about it, and they were so rude I just wanted to be done with them. This is illegal by the way (No Surprises Act). Dr. Crawford and Dr. Salerno were condescending and did not listen to health concerns. I haven't forgotten about this visit. Very disappointed with my experience today. The nurse that took me back was great but the nurse practitioner Hailey was extremely unhelpful. She came in and did a quick exam. She never asked if I had any questions or other concerns, which I did. She did not advise when the appointment was over to get dressed or advise me where to go for my bloodwork. She literally came in for the 15 second exam and tried to leave the room without addressing anything with me.
Got to my appt 25 mins early and I wasn’t seen until 25 mins after my appt time. I understand because specialty. But no sorry for my wait. I tell my Dr (aprn) about fertility issues/ sensitive info and I was just told to get my tubes flushed and that most providers don’t have children until late in life. (I’m not a physician or health field). And that the nurse in the room with us didn’t have children until 38 &41.
