Leaving this review for those wishing to book with texas hill country reservations. We have been trying to cancel our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances for two days now. We emailed the cancelation address they requested twice with no response. I have tried calling the listed contact number 3 times now and every time I'm sent to voicemail. The property management has thus far been unresponsive.
Husband cheating again!
BELLA NOTTE PROPERTY - We stayed at this property mid May 2023. On first appearances the place is beautiful. Not the case. The dust on the ceiling fans was 1/2 inch thick as it was through the house. Ants crawling up the bathroom wall above the sink. The shower looked as if it had not had a good scrubbing in months. A dirty sock was behind the table next to the bed. IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN OR ELDERLY IN YOUR GROUP - Please consider using another reservation company! They don’t offer ANY protection for the renter by allowing the property owners to post their own information and pictures. This creates a place for misleading information. Wasted $900 on a sub par property called “A Country Place - the Chicken Coop”.
