We are one of various HVAC companies on Vancouver Island with concerns and issues we are bringing forward in regards to some un-ethical practices we’ve seen lately. Our strata hired this company to do services. They subcontract the orders, the fellows don't bother to come or call if they are late or if they are coming or not. Disorganized and mismanaged.

All West is ALL TRASH. They are greedy money hungry business came out and didn’t fix anything and left with a huge bill. Will not be using them again. Perfect example of bad business ripping off customer with no skills whatsoever.

Stay away from this company. He came to repair the toilet flush and charged us more than $500 !! The toilet started to leak right away, even worse than before. I called and emailed him so many times , but he never came. Finally after 1 month, he sent another plumber to get it repaired but the plumber said at the first look it is not possible to repair as the toilet is too old. I asked him to refund the whole amount but he only refunded less than half.

Shawn aka javid is a technician I wouldn't recommend even if he were the last one technician I could find to come in. He runs another low reviewed company by the name of Happy Home services. Not only did he not properly repair the boiler first time but when asked to replace the part he gave up when he couldn't find it from a supplier. So all in all we were overcharged (over $200) for a 30 min visit and basically left on our own to find a part from across the border and fix it ourselves.
