I brought my car in this morning for a full windshield replacement. It took maybe two and a half hours to get it done and I was pleasantly surprised to find a goody bag containing some really nice glass cleaner, an ice scraper and an air freshener! You didn’t need to do that but I SO appreciate it!
"I had a disappointing experience with this auto glass business. The customer service was lacking, and I felt ignored when I arrived for my appointment. The technician seemed rushed and didn't properly explain the process to me. After the repair, I noticed a small leak that wasn't there before. When I returned to address the issue, they were unhelpful and dismissive. I expected better quality and service. I would not recommend this place to others looking for auto glass repair."
