I can't remember the last time I've dealt with a company to get my windshield replaced, but I can tell you for sure that the next time I do or whenever I refer my friends, I will refer all west glass. Super friendly, got it done super fast and then just the final touches of seeing a nice clean dash, a vacuum, and even a little goodie bag. This place is great! Called in the morning for a rock chip repair, and got an appointment for the afternoon. The rock chip was small but had some starring. They had it fixed up within 40 mins, and it’s practically invisible now! Super happy with the service.

Mike came out and measured my windows to give me a quote, and he never called me back. I phoned and left a message with the receptionist to get him to call me back, nothing. He was here March 20th and it is now May 26th. In that amount of time I've been able to get Northway Glass to come out, give me a quote, order the glass, and have it installed.
The team here is amazing! Helped me out twice in prompt fashion and didn't even charge me for labour for a simple job. As a student, this means so much! I will definitely be coming here for all my glass-related needs!
