Hi, I am writing due to my frustration and disappointment with the customer service at the Yellowknife All-West Glass location. We purchased $28,000 worth of windows to re-build our house at 121 Dagenais dr. in January of 2024. The windows have 25 years of warranty. This past winter, the interior glass of the 3 pane crack for no reason. The local All-West Glass manager came to our house to inspect the windows and find a cause. Great experience!! They were quick at getting the window in and replaced in less than two hours. We were in Edmonton from Sask and our window was smashed out.
Their drivers speed in residential and blow through stop signs.
Always pleasant when I go there.....
