Had All-West install a large window in my house . The seal leaked in Less than 2 years! No Warranty. Some BS about the manufacturing company is out of business. I didn't hire them to do the job I hired All West glass , where is the Warranty. Where is the customer service. I can't help it if they picked the wrong manufacturing company. This was spoken from the west end manager. I wouldn't have them replaced a glass on my shed. You have been informed!
We had some glass inserts installed in some exterior french doors. I couldn’t be more happy with the technicians that completed the work. They were professional and friendly and the final product looks beautiful. As they were leaving, they noticed I had a blocked eavestrough and helped me unplug it! Such great people.
I had my windshield repaired here, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. While fixing the glass, the technicians broke another part of my vehicle and did not take proper responsibility for it. Instead of leaving with peace of mind, I ended up with more damage than before. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Helpful people, great product and service. Consider supporting this business as an alternative to the guys with the big advertising budget!
