The foreign lady who answers the phone always has a sour attitude when I try to call. I feel bad having to ask her to repeat herself but she doesn’t have to get passive aggressive with me. I’m just trying to book an appointment and she is no help. This is just frustrating and it makes me want to go somewhere else because of how handled the phone call. Now when I call she hangs up automatically
Don't trust them! Went through the free quote option online with the VIN number. Booked the appointment. Paid the 50% deposit. Dropped off my vehicle for full windshield replacement. Told it would take 3hrs. 1hr later I get a call saying they can't do the calibration. Ridiculous service! Took my car and went somewhere else who did it all, and for almost half the cost!

Excellent service and low pressure. John did a good job with the original site visit and measurements. David took the time to explain the estimate and questions I had. David and his staff also did an excellent job with the install and clean up. Very professional and easy to work with. The "Family run business feeling". Highly recommended.
