We had 10 windows replaced and a set of garden doors from All Weather in Calgary. Ahmed was excellent to deal with and answered all of our questions. Ahmed never made us feel any pressure to buy or talked bad about his competition like some of the competition did. Installation went great and the windows were installed ahead of schedule.
Worst customer service on warranty replacement. Our seals are broken on our patio doors which we notified them about in February 2025. This home was built in 2019, which might make a statement about overall quality. They arranged an install date without coming to take measurements and charged us nearly $500 for the installation. In early July we had a consultation with a company representative for a quote on replacing seven windows at our home. We received a quote on July 15th and responded on July 31st that we would like to go forward with the replacement of three of the seven windows. Twelve days have passed with no response and during this time we reached out to the representative who provided the consultation and quote. Recently got posessiin of new home with all weather windows and doors. Having issues with back door. Poor craftmanship.
Absolutely horrible! All Weather is the perfect example of utter incompetence and how not to run a company. They do not answer their phones...ever!!! Their sales staff are idiots that do not know how to conduct business.... Had a quote on replacing a window...they have an environmental disposal and remeasure charge. I told salesperson not to charge that because I will dispose of materials removed, and to remove the remeasure charge because he already measured it.
