I am having to post on here in hopes their Operations Manager will respond to my emails regarding finishing installation, my contract and being billed without the work being completed. I am so disappointed that a company this large, selling a quality product is so poorly managed. The windows and door are a good quality,, the installers and sales person nice but any and all contact with administrative individuals has been unprofessional. Staff was knowledgeable and professional when ordering windows. Aurel was our guy who measured and installed. He and his team were absolutely amazing. Respectful and proficient and I am grateful to them. I love the results, especially all the attention placed in the details. Thank you to everyone at All Weather !

I had a Meeting with All Weather Windows regarding changing 7 windows and cutting an opening for a new window. I met with Gord and he explained the whole process regarding new windows and what changes I could expect once they were changed. Gord took all the rough measurments and said he would get back to us with a quote with in a couple days we had the quote and agreed to have it done.
