I want to start by saying the third-party installers were great, but unfortunately, my experience with AWW as a company was very poor. My main issue lies with the sales team. Absolutely would not recommend. They installed the windows in our new build and one of the windows needed to be replaced. They arrived to fix it with the wrong window. Then we have to wait for them to reorder the window and take another day off work. An guess what...they again ordered the wrong window. Call the office because this is unacceptable and would like to know how long before the window is replaced and receptionist does not want to bother the supervisor on her lunch. Friendly installers. Very mindful of our home. Tarps were put down everywhere they went. Work was done very well and the cleanup was great.
We had a great experience using All Weather at Home when replacing our basement windows. The quote process was easy and outlined the entire process. I really appreciated the excellent communication from Irene when scheduling the delivery and install dates. Our installer, Jurek, was efficient and did a great job. We would recommend All Weather at Home.
