The crew that installed our Garden Door were extremely professional and we are very pleased with the results.
Had 2 windows installed. The measurements the tech provided to build the windows were the same size as the opening so when they went to put them in, they had to hammer on them to get them into the opening. Since there was no room for adjustment they were unable to level them properly and installed one of them crooked. I wasn't going to say anything but they reached out to me and asked how things went. We recently had 6 windows and garden door replaced by All Weather. Our experience was a bit mixed. The quality of the installation and product itself is excellent, no issues. The process of getting the installation done was complicated. There were a few issues with damage in the warehouse and upon delivery so we waited a few extra weeks for them to remake 3 windows. There were two delivery vans dropping off the products which I wasnt told about and had to leave work twice that day to let them in. One of the installers wasn't... read more
Very good experience from the initial quote through to the install. Peter who did the quote asked good questions to get a feel for our expectations and what we were hoping to accomplish. Andrey followed up to get final measurements prior to manufacture and on install Andrey and Ilya gave me the confidence the install was done right. The windows look great and make the house look decades more modern. No reason to expect they will not age well.
